Color Workshop Using Fabric Strips
This will be a color workshop, aka Kathy Doughty's Soul Searching Quilt in her Making Quilts Book. Use fabrics
in your stash for this project. The goal is to explore what types of fabrics you are attracted to, what you have in your stash
and what fabrics you need to round out your stash. You will need to bring at least 24 2-1/2 inch to 12 1/2-inch WOF strips
IN EACH OF THE FOLLOWING COLORS: red orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. You also need 2 1/2-inch WOF strips
in cool, light colors, warm light colors, down/gray/beige, black and white and a selection of 216 strips from .
from 2 1/2 inches to 12 1/2 inches long.In other words, you need lots and lots of strips.
We will be cutting and exchanging strips. Use big prints, graphics, stripes and dots.
Anything that can be defined as a color. Let's turn our stashes into something amazing.

Class times are 9:30AM to 3:00PM
